I love living here. Management is friendly and maintenance is prompt! Apartments are very soundproof considering the streetcar is right out front and there are hardwood floors throughout my apartment. My unit is updated and heating/cooling is very efficient. I just signed on for another 15 months.
Living at DELofts was a wonderful experience; the rent was cheap, the property manager was on top of anything that went wrong (i.e. once my dishwasher had a problem, it was fixed within 24 hours). The people were friendly and the location was very nice. Rent was cheaper than average for the area. When I moved out, neighbors pitched in and helped.
