Very Professional service
Terrible customer service experience. They delivered the wrong stone and were unwilling to listen when I tried to explain the issue. Instead of working toward a solution, they were rude and dismissive. To make matters worse, they threatened to call the police simply because I was trying to discuss the problem. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.
My husband and I purchased stone from this place on Friday. Took a sample in the store to show what size and color we wanted. We loaded up our truck bed with one scoop and paid for 5 additional scoops to be delivered later that day. While we are waiting for delivery we later get a call saying that they sold out of the stone and would have more by Monday. First thought was why would you sell it after we already paid for it. But OK, so Monday comes and the delivery driver comes and dumps the wrong stone in my driveway. I immed... read more

The delivery driver is absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful! Called to inform them of what happened and there was no apology just I will let the owner know. Will never do business with them again!
