Delivered the wrong amount of dirt for what I paid for. Has not contacted me back after talking with them 2 weeks ago and they take no ownership for their mistake. See photo for what they claim is 2 scoops of dirt which was in reality 2 wheelbarrow full. A scoop is supposed to fill 7-8 wheelbarrow. To pay $100+ for this was unacceptable.
Had issues with this co. since we moved to new home from 2yrs ago - from no one knowing if we were on irrigation list to not keeping track of past payments - What business doesn't keep track of payments made by customers? Then they had the audacity to tell me this year that they will not service the property b/c they had trouble collecting last year....really? No worries, got another well reviewed company that were more than accommodating and professional.
We got mulch in Oct 24 and very happy to see their promptness and the owners were very friendly Going again in Spring to buy more and personally recommend them
We have had Delaware Landscaping do many things for us over the years. We have found that Jerry is extremely knowledgeable about plants, trees, etc. We have always been given a fair price for the work to be done. Our latest project was to treat the wiregrass in the landscaping bed area. We asked them to take all of the shrubs out and treat the area. We wanted trimming done on some of our bushes and a tree as well. The workers are very polite, clean up all of the debris and just do an excellent job. We are very, very pleased ... read more
