We hired this group to remove the grass and install an irrigation system and sod in our front and side yards. The owner came out personally to collect our initial payment of $9,000 to begin the work. A contract was provided showing the work would take 6-8 weeks total. It is now 2 months later and all we have is dead grass which looks horrible. DON'T GO IN THE BUILDING! HAZARDOUS TO YOUR HEALTH!!! The floor is used as a litter box.
Went to the location thinking it was nice and clean like the reviews but ohh no it was not! The plants outside was all messed up a Strong smell of cat pee inside and outside of the business. I’m new to the area so I thought it would be nice to stop by and buy some flowers for my house but really much disappointed! Also not really welcoming no “hello” or “welcome in” !
Very Professional service
Terrible customer service experience. They delivered the wrong stone and were unwilling to listen when I tried to explain the issue. Instead of working toward a solution, they were rude and dismissive. To make matters worse, they threatened to call the police simply because I was trying to discuss the problem. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.
