Your employee, William Owens is a real problem. Irritable, rude, underskilled, arrogant, argumentative, and quite frankly just downright clueless. I will never use this service again. Do not hire this company. Such awful, unethical people.
Several years before my mother died in August 2022, she wanted her elevator replaced because she started to lose her mobility. In July of 2021, she put a down payment for a new elevator with Delaware Elevator. They told her that it would take between 3-6 months. At first they kept saying that everything was “on schedule.” Then they kept giving her excuses as to why the elevator was not being installed.
