After years of rough dental experiences, finding Dr. Bathina at Delaware Dental has been a blessing - a breath of fresh air. Kind, skilled, effective, and big on patient education. I finally feel safe and cared for. The whole team is warm and professional. I’m truly grateful.
Went in to have a couple of wisdom teeth removed. Staff was very kind, and told me exactly what to expect before the extraction. Staff also explained the reasoning behind everything they were doing, which I appreciated. The extraction itself was completely painless, and I was given thorough instructions for the healing process. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend Delaware Dental for anyone looking for dental care.
Unfortunately, I do not have a good opinion of this doctor. Some time ago, I had an incident involving my 4-year-old son: she cut him with her polishing tool due to a lack of patience and her haste to attend to other waiting patients, even though we had an appointment. Despite this, she billed my son's insurance for the service—something I do not consider fair
They were amazing, Daniel and Mrs bathina and also Layla at front desk helped me through the process of getting a tooth pulled, I’m terrified of the dentist but they made me very comfortable and eased my mind from being scared. I will definitely be back!
