Delaware Cut and Shave Barber Shop is hands down the best place around for haircuts. Haley cut both of my boys’ hair today (ages 3 and 5) along with mine, and I couldn’t be more impressed. She was so patient and kind with them—our youngest usually struggles in the chair, and most barbers get frustrated, which often leaves him with a rough haircut. Not this time.
