I’m very disappointed in this place. When I went to my recertification appointment, I was asked for my ID, a piece of mail with my address, and proof of custody of my child? Nobody told me that I had to do any of this!!!Now I have to wait an extra two weeks to get formula and food for my child! They wouldn’t even let my mom take him in even though she has been taking my son to WIC the entire time! They didn’t ask for her ID!? You guys need to get your shit straight!
