*DISGRACEFUL PRACTICE* The woman working in the call office are rude and unable to complete appointments. What a joke this office is..im a war vet this DR PAT RAMONO had me drive 3hrs for an appointment after cutting my meds wo any notice. 1st the medication i am on is not a medication you just cut people off of. They're very efficient
Dr cooper is not for the Veterans! Incompetent physicians shouldn't work at any VA facility to care for veterans. The receptionists are more professional and caring than this doctor. I won't be going here any more because of Dr cooper. This was my 1st and last visit here. It's always something with these VA doctors. They lack empathy and care!
