they are kind. Ron Ruggle and his wife are great
Friendly, caring facility that really is compassionate about the animals in their care. I have been going to them since I was a kid.
They are amazing!!! I took my 3 cats to be fixed and get shots. They took care of them like they were their own. Very friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely take any future animals there.
They work really hard for the animals. Staff is pleasant and helpful and will answer all kinds of questions. They hold the work they do there as very important. Usually have a wide selection of animals needing homes.
From the second I walked in the door the staff was helpful, friendly, and caring. They took the time to help me make the right choice so I could get a cat that I would have for many years to come. You can see the pure love they have for the animals they are responsible for. They are extremely caring and do what they can to ensure the animals are as happy as can be and that they go to a home where the animal will be taking care of and loved properly. Just an amazing place to go to adopt!
I’ve had two great pets from there. My most recent one is going to be going on 3 this year. His my sissy/mamas boy. Shy to people and loud noise. He’s from hurricane Harvey. He was just a baby and now hes a full grown fluff ball. I love him so much and the process of getting him was so easy. His name was Claud but I renamed him to Philes (pronounced files)
I adopted Alfie on November 6th, 2019. He is 5 years old, and was found as a stray in Pensacola Florida, but ended up at Providence. I am beyond blessed that he did! He is the sweetest, most loving dog, and an absolute goof. Not only does he bring so much happiness to me, but to everyone he meets! Alfie has such personality, you can’t help but smile when you see him. I’m a student at West Chester University, which means we’re constantly out and about around campus meeting new friends that love him. I’m from Allentown Pa, whe... read more
we decided to go through a rescue when we wanted a new dog. many of them were not very welcoming or helpful. you guys told me right up front that you only want good homes for your animals and tried to get a good fit for everyone. I was given a short training/ info class before I left which made me feel very comfortable. thank you from the bottom of my heart for my puppy , he is the love of my life
everything! they are the best , adopted 2 cats from there and they were the best! ready for a new baby!😻❤
