We adopted our new family member Dustin aka Dusty. My son and I just fell for him, they have so many wonderful dogs there it was hard to choose just one. They had smooth adoption and made me feel comfortable especially for my first time adopting a dog. Would definitely recommend and already have to two other people

As you can see We adopted Nacho in September 2017. It was easily the best decision we have ever made in our entire life. We still wonder until this day how EVER could a wonderful dog like him be in a shelter. He is full of so much love! Just went under a major knee surgery and is recovering remarkably! I just thought you guys would love to be updated about Nacho since he seemed to be a popular one there. We are thankful for him every day! He’s a gentle giant. 💜💜💜💜🥰🥰🥰🥰
They adopted us out a 15 year old cat who was sick, so we could take her home to pass. When it came time for her FREE “wellness check” we took her over there and they attempted to take her away and put her down and then CHARGED US 40$ FOR A FREE APPOINTMENT!!! Which we did not pay! A week later she passed away, and was buried. I went back to adopt another cat, and told them she passed. They would not adopt another cat to me because of the 40$ we owe them for a free appointment! The dedicated staff and volunteers continue to amaze me. Their matchmaking skills are terrific and the number of forever homes found each and every day are amazing at “the little shelter on the hill.” The last phase of construction starts tomorrow (4/1) and I’ll bet that everyone will continue to shine throughout all of the hubbub and disruption. Love this place!
