Zero stars for terrible customer service this woman Christine who manages the office decided to cop an attitude with me and cause a scene in the office. My husband and I explained to her that the billing department does not know what they are doing. We met our deductible and max out if pocket we are 100% covered. She explained regardless by my next appointment I would have to pay.
