My dad is a patient here. A CANCER PATIENT WHO IS ABOUT TO START CHEMO AND RADIATION who needs an echo cardiogram. They’ve CALLED AND SCHEDULED HIM AND DIDN’T HAVE HIM ON THE SCHEDULE MULTIPLE TIMES. Or have canceled him due to bullshit reasons. What kind of office are you running? Please don’t go here. It’s filled with incompetence.
Great office but the staff moves appointments and doesn't tell you and waits for you to find out.
Good doctors, nice staff and clean waiting room/exam rooms!
Horrible office, the doctors may be great; however the office staff is unprofessional and lazy! You call to have scripts sent to labcorp and they do not do it, they act like you’re at fault. They sit at their desks chatting away, they do NOT answer the phone and they are extremely RUDE! Horrible behavior by office employees!
