Horrible office, the doctors may be great; however the office staff is unprofessional and lazy! You call to have scripts sent to labcorp and they do not do it, they act like you’re at fault. They sit at their desks chatting away, they do NOT answer the phone and they are extremely RUDE! Horrible behavior by office employees!
This place doesn't send bills to the patient. Call and they said they sent some with nothing in the mail. Then I find out they sold my account of the Waterfall collection in NJ. Saw it on my credit and was wondering why I never got a bill. I called the collector to find out they sent them more bills to them without anything to me. My address is correct and I can't seem to figure out why that can't call before sending it cause now I'm unable to use my HSA account to pay. It seems the companies have a scam running together.
