The billing team had my insurance information 3.5 hours prior to my children's appt and failed to inform me that they are not an "in network" provider for my insurance company, then wrote my blank check that I thought would be needed for maybe a fluoride treatment, ect. for $240 when the visit should have been free with an in-network provider for preventative care only. I am very unsatisfied with the customer service and the lack of communication/information given to me.

Great Customer Care I was visiting the area on a holiday weekend when my daughter broke her tooth. I was very impressed with a late Saturday call to go over my options. Then I was more surprised when they called me days later just to check in on my daughter, even though we live 5 hours North of Benton. While I cannot say what a 'visit to this Dr is like', I can say I really appreciate the customer care this office provided!
No pain dentist Wonderful, caring office staff. The business is very busy and it takes some time to get in. The dentist takes his time and works without causing pain.
