Delare Builders are the best in the business. They are personable and attentive to every detail in the building process. Thank you for the custom service we wanted. They are always accessible and knowledgeable with the building process and they can custom build any job, big or small. Thank you.
Do not trust: never made good on final build punch list (8 years) hid major Defects (foot prints in cement floor). Unresponsive to issues, ignored specified engineering drawings for key elements. Never made good on $10,000 of punch work list. August is not trustworthy, does not live up to contracts, should not be trusted. I have ALL receipts so if lease, please come after me for telling the truth.
August and his team is top notch. Very knowledgeable, easy to talk with and came highly recommended from a good friend.
