August remodeled, added on to, and updated our historic Salida home in 2016. We were a military family living at Ft. Carson and Salida. August navigated the challenges of an older home, the mayhem of our family, the leaned on craftmanship to make our home WONDERFUL! Qualities: calm demeanor; clear and fair pricing; smart online management system but patient with GenXers trying to tech; quick communications and solutions when there are problems or questions. A wonderful family business.
August and his team did a fantastic job building our dream home. They were great to work with and very responsive during the custom building process. What I most appreciated about the process was how knowledgeable everyone was on how to design and build for energy efficiency. We have now been in the house for a while. Everything looks great and it is evident that things were built very well. Definitely choose this company if you are looking to build in the Salida area.
First time building a custom home…..from about 900 miles away…is a scary experience. August talked us through every step and provided timely updates. High quality workmanship and materials. Proactive communications from both sides throughout the process insured expected results. Ultimate result…we are thrilled with our beautiful riverfront home.
August DeLarue builds quality houses, none of the shortcuts that make houses hard to maintain. I've been in my DeLarue custom house for 6 years with minimal problems. August made sure everything was right from the beginning.
