THE WORST!! To be honest this company doesn't deserve a single star. I'm not entirely sure how they managed to get a 3.5 rating. They don't answer the phone. My neighbors would have to take time off to sit in their office just to be helped. They're very forgetful and unprofessional. I assume they don't write anything down or communicate to each other properly. If we asked the main maintenance guy firsthand he always redirected us back to the office.
