These ladies are professionals. They are wonderful people I’ve rented from them for many many years. I’ve never had any problems with them. They’ve always been so good to me.
THE WORST!! To be honest this company doesn't deserve a single star. I'm not entirely sure how they managed to get a 3.5 rating. They don't answer the phone. My neighbors would have to take time off to sit in their office just to be helped. They're very forgetful and unprofessional. I assume they don't write anything down or communicate to each other properly. If we asked the main maintenance guy firsthand he always redirected us back to the office.
