Delarms has repaired my car twice. First time they repaired a minor dent that caused paint to open. Everything was painted and fixed and the car looked fantastic. Second time was much worse...passenger side doors were horribly ripped up. They fixed everything, and everything looks just like it did before the accident. Most important thing is they always use OEM parts, which makes a HUGE difference. They negotiate with the insurance company to ge the parts that are needed. I wouldn't trust my car to any other body shop.
Delarms helped me through a nightmare. I was rear ended and my insurance company wanted to total it and the other drivers insurance was beyond difficult to deal with. Bob Delarm acted as my advocate and got the other insurance to pay for the damages. The car looks brand new. I am so thankful for Delarms
I've never been to a more honest repair/body shop. Coming in on an emergency basis, with a flat tire and a bent rim, to somewhere I've never been, I had expected the worst. Well I had such a positive experience. They arrived to help me in a matter of minutes, took me over to the shop with my car, showed me the rim and put my spare tire on. They called back to let me know I didn't need a new chrome rim, that they were able to repair it and save me a few hundred dollars! I will definitely be back.
You guys saved me on multiple occasions including towing me out of the woods! I can't thank you guys enough. Mr Delarm and I share a birthday and I keep meaning to make him cookies. He went above and beyond what anyone else would have done.
Great service! I was stranded in Dover plains and live in pleasant valley.. The flat bed tow came to help immediately and I was very happy with the service!
