I had the pleasure of hiring Delanya's for a private event on July 12, 2025. They have the best Brisket in Orange County. I do not say this lightly as I have had some of the best BBQ in the country. I am a Master Pastry Chef and work for the Food Network, word of mouth is what keeps great small businesses thriving and although I almost never leave reviews this is definitely a must!
The food was a hit at my surprise party, everyone loved the bbq! My vegan friend gave 2 thumbs up to the vegan pulled pork. The brisket disappeared!
Some of the best BBQ I have ever had. You have to try the burnt end and beans the absolute best
OMG! I just finished eating what has to be the most amazing, flavorful, and tender BBQ chicken that has graced my taste buds in my 70 years on this planet!! I have no idea how they manage to produce such tender, flavorful chicken. Cooked to perfection, with flavor that permeates the meat all the way to the bone!
