I went to witchata Kansas from Oregon for work. the rental car guy told me go here for dinner. I had burnt ends ,brisket jalapeno cheddar sausage and loaded Mac cheese with spicy pulled pork everything was amazing best BBQ I've ever had from restaurant the staff was amazing with helping me pick my meal and things to do while in town for the day
Ordered brisket, burnt ends, turkey, chicken, green bean and ribs. Everything was really good, the green beans were slow cooked in subtle buttery garlic sauce. The ribs were perfect tenderness. Really liked how the burnt ends weren't pre smothered in bbq sauce, they were amazing. The turkey is the best smoked turkey in town, very tender. The chicken was the least amazing but still very good. Glad we gave it a try. Will be going back for sure. A+++
