Same song, another victim. I rented a property from this company and never spoke to them on the telephone. You can call every 5 minutes and not get a single person to answer the phone. I even had an Air conditioning outage, which is classified as an emergency work order, and didn't hear from the maintenance guy until after the weekend. I had a baby sleeping in 80 degree weather. I rented one of their old properties for a year and at the end of the lease they refused to refund my deposit but instead send me a bill of $1200, $150 after deducting my security deposit from it. The break down includes lawn care til February 2018 ( I moved out December 2017), cost for replacing toilet cabinet ( remodeling cost) , cost for cleaning carpet.... by the way when do you plan to change the carpet in that house? it is 60 cent per square feet! oh I see, if you changed it you will not deduct cleaning fee for the car... read more

I rented a home from the property management side of Delaney Realty and my worst fears were realized today... I paid $1,650 in security deposit + pet deposit when I moved in and only got back $731 after I moved out... Let me explain, #1: I never had my pet there because the fences in the back were falling over and my dog got loose on move in day so, I gave her away. #2: The house and carpets were filthy when I moved in so, I cleaned the house and hired a carpet cleaner to steam clean the carpets 2 days after getting the keys... read more

Renter beware Delaney Realty/ Property management services of Texas When we first moved into our rental home, the house was disgusting. The fridge was moldy, the vent behind it was full of dirt, hair and dust. Under the fridge was a greasy, dirty floor covered in debris. The water feature on the fridge was moldy, gunky, and broken. Thankful for this company! They came along while I was coming out of a bad property management situation. I was alone dealing with switching companies while my husband was deployed in Afghanistan. Marty was always available and super helpful!
