I’ve been seeing these doctors for my annual checkup for over 10 years. They helped me through 3 pregnancies, and were supportive and knowledgeable. When I had my first baby, Dr. Ortiz was amazing. She was upbeat without being overbearing and communicated exactly what I needed to do. Dr. Fu did my next 2 emergency c sections. They both turned out perfectly, even under pressure. Have had some questionable experiences here in the past month despite being a patient here for 25 years. Visited Dr Lee two weeks ago and she validates every fear a woman should have regarding the double standard women face in healthcare. She was dismissive and cold. Today’s visit was even worse. I called in for a refill ok BC last week and went three days without a response until i called in. They told me it was sitting on a doctors desk. There’s a reason for the low rating! I visited this this office in January 2023 for the first time to get my annual check up. Months later I received a large bill for an incorrect lab that I should not have received, as my insurance covers it at 100%. I called their office on a weekly basis trying to get a hold of their billing department with no luck. I finally got an email after my numerous attempts, and got a response. Dr. Chambers quite honestly saved my and my son’s life by anticipating complications that I would inevitably had should I have attempted a vaginal delivery. I cannot thank her enough for all of her support and care throughout my pregnancy with my son. She listened to every concern I had and educated me on topics I had not even considered. I am forever grateful to her and the staff at Women’s Care for helping make my first pregnancy so healthy and safe.
