Amanda Steffenson is a great PA but the office is just one of those that prioritize the dollar over your health
I’m only giving 2 stars because the receptionist that helped me was nice. My first visit in June — I waited so long inside the room because the doctor forgot about me inside. The whole appointment took almost 2.5 hours of just waiting around. Today, I came 5 mins late due to accidents and I called them to let them know and they said ok. Got there and checked in — waited almost an hour for the nurse to tell me that I’m gonna need to wait another 30 mins to an hour for the doctor so they cant even do the ultrasound that the ap... read more
Passable care but you are just a number here and they make that clear. One provider stands out: Dr. Chambers, who is fantastic. I had one provider call me on a Friday with scary test results, promise a follow up, and never call back. I saw multiple doctors who rushed me through visits when I had questions. This is a baby factory. They make sure the get paid, patient we are coming in weekly go through a check in process to verify their insurance and pay their co-pay on every revisit. I’m giving this place 2 starts because doctor Sean was great; but everyone else in the office was horrible. Felt very rushed during labs and not to mention the person doing the sonogram for my pregnancy was horrible. Very rude didn’t want to let me or my guest speak during the ultrasound. Never coming to this office again. If you can avoid it, please do!
I’ve been seeing these doctors for my annual checkup for over 10 years. They helped me through 3 pregnancies, and were supportive and knowledgeable. When I had my first baby, Dr. Ortiz was amazing. She was upbeat without being overbearing and communicated exactly what I needed to do. Dr. Fu did my next 2 emergency c sections. They both turned out perfectly, even under pressure.
