Today I called in to Bates Nissan. I spoke to a rude man by the name of Nate in the service department. Therefore, I asked to speak to the sales manager. Nate just left me on hold. I then called back and asked to speak to the sales manager, whose name was Bertram. He got upset because I asked him to spell his name. Fraudulent! They illegally signed my husband’s signature on a finance form instead of fixing the mistake THEY made.
I purchased a car online from this dealership. It was a disaster from the beginning after I signed the sale papers. The car was listed as a limited but it really was an LE. I agreed to continue the buy since everything was already completed. I was forced to buy a dent/scratch warranty for $1000 but I have no paperwork or anyway to redeem this so called warranty. This dealership uses fraudulent practices. My daughter needed a co-signer and her brother agreed. The salesman took his info over the phone, which could have been anyone, since he didn't have any way of actually verifying who he was speaking to. He then let someone else come in and sign his name since he wasn't available to come in. Said they do this all the time.
Stay far away! These people are out to steal your money. All sales are trained in the art of deception. If you buy here you will be ripped off. Crooked to the core!
