In the month of December 2008 we called the office of Mr. Edward Delaney, consulting him for the fees of purchasing a business contract Mr. Delaney quoted us $1000 The initial sales contract that Mr. Delaney wrote was faulty. It turned out to be a previous restaurant contract that had nothing to do with the business that we purchased.
