Dr. Delaney is wonderful. Unfortunately the staff at her Greenbelt office is pretty inept and sort of surly. I've been disconnected and hung up on multiple times after holding for long times. It took 5 separate times faxing records transfer forms to get it done because they "lost the file" twice, couldn't figure out how to process the credit card payment once, and "misplaced the form in the wrong box" twice.
