Very disappointed with the staff and service at Delaney Honda. I was contacted by Honda regarding a recall and made arrangements to have our van serviced. My wife asked if there was a loaner vehicle or shuttle service so that she could drop off our vehicle and be taken to work. We were told they ran a shuttle at 7:30am and our vehicle would be serviced at 8am when they opened. However, we found out the hard way that they didn't begin shuttle service until 8 and they don't have someone to drive on Wednesdays. So they had to f... read more
