Very unprofessional. Richard Delaney discussed with me on April 14 that they would be happy to help set up email as a new client and would follow up. I emailed to remind him to follow up. A week later, with no follow-up, I called and the assistant said they decided not to take on new clients. When I explained that it is unprofessional to have not informed me that they changed their mind, she said I shouldn't have "waited for a pandemic to do an implementation."
