Can’t get a call back from service I get trying to call for a same day appt is unlikely but the common courtesy call back to schedule an appointment at another time is not important to them and once before I could not get a call back even from the man who sold the truck to me “ call anytime you need anything “ well I guess you can call but don’t wait for a call back IT WILL NOT HAPPEN now I won’t tell anybody to go there
I’ve been a customer of the Delaney family of dealerships in Greensburg for close to 10 years, Volvo and Chevy stores. Everyone I have encountered there is friendly. I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I WAS ABLE This is an updated review. Because the SERVICE DEPT/TECHS (not all,but you know who you are)IN MY OPINION the tech knowingly was very misleading during the state vehicle safety inspection. We take a 2016 Chevy Silverado 2500HD crew cab long bed WT 6.0 gas engine on a test ride. Hit rt 30 and hit 47mph,felt like the wheels are gonna fall off, slowly apply brake pedal and it pulls left hard. Drive back to the shop.
