I had a major car situation with my coolant leaking and left me stranded in Pgh. I coordinated service with Rob and he made sure that I got all the necessary extended warranty work done and made sure my vehicle was safe to drive back down to VA. He even worked with Jim from RK Chevy in VA to make sure payments and billing were handled correctly. I appreciate Rob for taking care of my car. Im in safe hands anytime I come to this dealership!
