Friendly, helpful and efficient, as always.
The work completed was done well and looks good. The only issue I had was I in writing told Delaney to not change a tire that was called out to be changed on the scope of work from my insurance agency. I talked to my insurance agent about this and they were okay with not changing the tire because I have a full set of new tires for winter use already and I would just put those on my vehicle.
