If I could give zero stars I would. The staff is SO unprofessional and rude. I have been trying for a couple of months to get the proper documentation for a mobility scooter. Dr. Mutch only comes in once a week. The documentation needed included chart notes which were not accepted by the insurance company because they were hand written and illegible. When I called back to see if they could be typed I was told they only hand write things and if the doctor wanted to type them she could do so herself. WHAT?????? Totally unprofe... read more
Courteous & kind staff. Dr. chambers is wonderful. Quick diagnosis & pharmacy right next door.
Exceptional service. And they need to be recognized for it. The front office staff were friendly and I Met with Dr. Villapando and was extremely helpful and looked after my concerns efficiently and effectively

Staff was nice. Doctor seamed nice and knowledgable, but gave my son a medication for a cut in his mouth. The medication was NOT FOR USE IN MOUTH. It stated if ingested call poison control. I have called in attempts to speak to them and get a refund, no one has answer or called me back.
