From the moment I scheduled an appointment, it all went downhill. I stepped in to the dealership and was immediately passed off to a sub-par sales person. The sales person had no knowledge of the vehicle and operated at a very low rate of speed. I had already done my research so I continued with the purchase. They sold me on a dealership package which is worthless, there is no such thing as lifetime oil changes. All they do is give you a $30 discount.
