Took my 2013 Chrysler 300c with beats by dre system in it, the radio sound was working when I took it in to have software update on Amplifier so sound would continue to come from speakers.. but when I got the car back there was no sound coming from speakers.. so now I have no radio... and out $200 I spent for nothing...won't be going back.. ended up fixing problem myself, found out it was just a blown fuse...
