Great experience with Carvana. Submitting online info was easy. Drop off was 10 minutes. Our advocate with professional and courteous. Received our full offer. Was waiting for the other shoe to drop, but it never did! Would definitely do again.
Everything went very well and smooth from The online process to the delivery of my Car. My only problem is that I only have 1 key. Keys were not listed on the feature list. Now, I have to go to the dealership and pay for another key to be programmed.
My 2023 Dodge Challenger wasn't inspected until a half hour before the deliver time which caused massive delays on a Friday night. There was an issue and they thought replacing the battery was the fix. It was not and there is an electrical issue that Dodge is still trying to figure out. If it wasn't for the warranty I have on the vehicle and that it was the only version of the Challenger that was available at low mileage I would have returned, but the issue is still not fixed and Carvana was no help.
Almost too easy! The process was simple and easy. The quote was very in line with the market.
