Opened our doors Thanksgiving Eve, November 26, 1989. It snowed that night...........signs of what would come in the next 22 years? From a cute small bagel bakery and a couple of employees, a single glass pot of coffee, a small cream cheese case and a few drinks. Who would have thought we would come this far. With the input of loyal and thoughtful customers and an endless procession of amazing kids giving of themselves to the success of Delancey Street here we are today. Lots of bumps along the way,but we sure do learn fast.... read more

Not good at all I went to this Delancey's twice, and twice the food was pretty bad. My chicken was dry and had no flavor. Maybe they improved, but the place is run by a bunch of teenagers. That's fine, but the food at the Delancey's in Bala Cynwyd is better.
Out of this world bagels...but the cost is astronomical! Delancey Street bagels has some tasty food but it's generally incredibly overpriced. They do have awesomely delicious bagels, so we'll go for it on occasion, but only if it's truly special!
So good Delancey Street Bagels is a local favorite. They bake their own bagels right on the premises and boy are they delicious. They have over twenty varieties to choose from. You can get them with just cream cheese or you can get them as sandwiches. I have never been disappointed when I have had them put together a little spread for an office breakfast meeting. There is also ample seating inside to eat and have a cup of coffee.
Bagelicous! Stopped in Delancey Street several times while my husband and I were visiting family for the holidays. I have never seen such a variety of bagels. My favorite is the sesame seed, although the rye is great also. Some of our favorite sandwiches are the turkey special on sesame bagel, the breakfast bagel, pizza bagel and the steak and egg bagel. Not only do they have great bagels, but a vast assortment of baked goods. The croissants are to die for. There is always a large selection of piping hot coffee available and... read more
I love this place. I wish we had one where I live now.
Love their Kosher bagels, danish and croissants 🥐! 😋❤️Always great service.
I like your bagels but, please get real butter. Margin doesn’t cut it. It’s fake and contains Soy which I am allergic to.
Food was good... even though we'd ordered it 'EAT IN' and on a PLATTER. We had to have them UNWRAP it for us ... they'd put it on a sandwich. 3 of us were standing there and 1 of our party was doing the ordering. WE ALL HEARD IT. And.. no recycling bin? Are you freaking kidding me? Probably won't be back.
Best weekend family spot for breakfast! And love that they have gluten free bagels!
