This provider is very dishonest and I highly recommend against anyone coming to her….she has been prescribing me bzd for my GAD etc…for more than 6 months but all of a sudden for the past few months she wanted me to come in which I have no issue with to do the urine drug screening and she tells me it came back that I am NEG for BZDs urine test after urine test….how is that possible when I have been diligently taking it everyday of my life for at least since she has prescribed it to me which makes me look very bad like I am d... read more
