I have lived at the Delamarre since July of 2024 and things have gotten significantly worse on a daily basis. The kids in this complex have no respect for anyone, they play soccer EVERY SINGLE DAY. In a small space between the apartments and they scream the entire time and hit my apartment windows and walls. Living here has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had as a renter, and it all comes down to one thing: management does not communicate with residents. At all. Decisions that directly affect the people living here are made behind closed doors. You won’t get an email. You won’t get a notice on your door. You won’t get a phone call. Overall, we are enjoying our experience living at Delamare. The community is nice, and the amenities are great. However, there has been one frustrating issue since we moved in on September 24. We still have not received our access tag, which is needed to access areas such as the gym, pool, and bicycle storage. I have asked the front desk, administration, and leasing consultants several times, but so far I have not received a clear timeframe for when it will be available. Horrible. Have dealt with constant issues, a roach infestation since Day 1, completely unclean apartment. I had to manage management to get any action to be taken. 3 months later and still have not received any addtional compensation. Absolutely do not live here!! Buildings are infested, no one does their job, and the list continues on. Pests were clearly found from Day 1 and the fact that management has placed any blame on me as a resident is absurd and incorrect.
