Such a promising place, such bad management. It’s been said time and time again in the reviews, however it needs to be restated - if communication is important to you, and you prefer a management office that is responsive…this is not the place. The only communications from the office came in the form of the most obvious ChatGPT “rest assured” or “we hope this finds you well” emails. All the reviews say the same thing and I can only confirm. This place is terrible for the price. 60% of residents, and I’d like to think maybe even more, are incredibly nice people. But a very loud and obnoxious 40% are making the place a dump. I didn’t take the time to add photos but my building’s elevator has been vandalized with no repairs.
