I only recently moved in but I've had an excellent experience with everything so far! From my tour, to the entire application and leasing process (shoutout Megan!), to these first few weeks in the apartment, the entire leasing and maintenance team has been fabulous with everything. They are super responsive to questions and maintenance requests, and everyone is very friendly and kind.
They will raise your rent by $200 and then nickel and dime you for any little thing after move out. My roommates and I had an awful experience upon move out even after deep cleaning our apartment they charged us $363 and ripped up carpets over furniture indentations. 10/10 would not recommend this unless you don’t mind not getting your security deposit back and extra fees. Also with the hotel construction parking is a nightmare, people don’t parent their kids, and the complex is a hot mess. I would never recommend this place... read more
Worst apartment complex ever. They charge you premium prices for everything and there are roaches in the building. They will fine you for having trash out at Christmas time. They will look for any excuse to fine you and will not help you with anything. Do not live here.
