Great stay. Helpful and Courteous staff.
The hotel combines the charm of a boutique property with the standards of a true 5-star hotel. Beautiful, spacious, and comfortable rooms with excellent attention to detail. The staff is outstanding - welcoming, kind, professional, and always ready to help. The restaurant Artisan is a real highlight, offering delicious meals. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays.
Super clean and comfortable rooms. The staff goes above and beyond. The hotel is perfectly located in West Hartford and I was able to walk to everything. The breakfast in the morning was better than most included hotel breakfasts. It's a bit pricey, but it included valet parking and breakfast.
My favorite hotel! And the spa is incredible. My go-to for anytime I’m in West Hartford.
