I’ve lived here for ten years and absolutely love our resident manager, Diane Drewitt, who has been with us since 2023. She is extremely proactive—common areas are always clean and she keeps us updated on everything. We have had 3 other resident managers since I moved here in 2016. But, Diane is the only Manager that I have actually seen working in the office on a daily basis even as early as 6:30am! I also see her cleaning and doing her rounds very early morning as well. Diane is an amazing manager. She works hard to make this one of the best places I've ever lived. The rent is competitive and the location can't be beat.
I have lived at Delair Court for just over 2 years now. I have been amazed at how quickly my maintenance requests have been addressed no matter how small they are. I also really love how Diane and team work to foster community for the residents by hosting yearly building BBQs and supporting trick or treating for the kids each Halloween.
Excellent place to call home! My family has lived here for almost a decade and we've never had any issues. Management is kind and keeps the building clean, the courtyard is well-maintained, and any maintenance issues are promptly and professionally taken care of. We love our neighbours and the feeling of community in our building.
