I have lived at Delair Court for just over 2 years now. I have been amazed at how quickly my maintenance requests have been addressed no matter how small they are. I also really love how Diane and team work to foster community for the residents by hosting yearly building BBQs and supporting trick or treating for the kids each Halloween.
Excellent place to call home! My family has lived here for almost a decade and we've never had any issues. Management is kind and keeps the building clean, the courtyard is well-maintained, and any maintenance issues are promptly and professionally taken care of. We love our neighbours and the feeling of community in our building.
We have been residents at Delair apartments for 2 years and have found it to be very well looked after both inside and outside. Diane has been very helpful with any requests we have made and the maintenance response prompt. We would recommend this building to everyone.
I've lived at Delair Court since Nov 2024. The building and grounds are clean and well taken care of. Diane is very helpful and responds fast to any questions or concerns. Maintenance is done fast. Clean, well run and friendly management. Good location too!
