What a joke. Not being mean due to his age. But the gentleman could barely get up and down the stairs for an inspection. I had legitmate concerns he was going to fall. There was no thorough inspection. $600 for a 30 minute walk around and a frw photos. The property next to mine sold for 20% more than my appraisal, was an older home, had one less building on it and lacked several large value items my house had. This office is asleep at the wheel. They did an appraisal on my property for a reverse mortgage and assigned a value for what it was worth 5 years ago. When a similar house in the neighborhood sold for almost twice their appraised value, they offered to redo it, but the lender refused to accept it. I could only borrow half of what I should have. Haven't even got the appraisal back, but he decided to make his way upstairs at 8am after my husband said he would be right back only to let himself into my teenage daughters bedroom where she was sleeping! Very unprofessional and inappropriate! Update: Called to question the review...will not be removing...do better!
