This company is nothing but scammers they were hired to appraise my property on one of the best locations on Lake Erie. After a five minute visit, he said he was done. He took a couple pictures in the process of leaving and then appraise my property with property that was four and 5 miles away, when in fact property less than a block away was sold vacant land was sold. Second opinions was gotten, and they all said the guy was just nothing. Save your money and have a real professional appraise your property.
