Once again absolutely blown away by the Delafield Small Animal Hospital. I take a 30 min drive to get here and it's more than worth it each time. Knowledgeable and passionate staff, and the best Doctor I have ever come across!
It's worth a 45 minute trip to have my parakeet see Dr. Osgood. The clinics in my town say they are knowledgeable about birds but that couldn't be further from the truth. After giving us a bad report, a local clinic suggested our parakeet be seen by "someone that knows about birds." Hm. After calling around, most places suggested The Small Animal Clinic in Delafield. We moved to Delafield from Pennsylvania and used Delafield Small Animal Hospital based on location and great references. We have taken our two cats and German Sheppard puppy for check-ups and were always pleased with the service and staff.
Have now seen both Dr. Osgood and Dr. Gueveras. Both are wonderful! They understand and appreciate my Olde English Bulldog--smart, strong and stubborn--more than any other vets have. The staff at the clinic couldn't be any kinder or more approachable, and everyone is very knowledgable. Makes going to the vet a lot less stressful than it has been in the past.
Dr. Osgood, Sarah, Jessica and the entire staff at the Delafield Small Animal Hospital truly are the best around. I drive my cats 30 mins to them because I trust them completely in the care of my 4 legged kids! The entire staff is friendly, supportive, knowledgeable, responsive and compassionate! You will not find a better vet than Dr Osgood or a better staff! Thank you for all you do for me both personally and for my babies!
