I have had the BEST experience of my life here at Delacqua Gwen was so beyond patient and did the most unreal job ever! My hair is so silky smooth and straight. I did the caviar treatment and I have nothing but good to say about Delacqua yall fly there for your appointment because I’m in LOVE! I really like this salon and the services, which is why I’m giving it 5 stars. However, I do think there is one important issue that the owner should address: the front desk and phone service. The owner personally answers the calls, and I understand that he may prefer to handle things himself, but the waiting time can be extremely long. Sometimes you can spend 20–30 minutes on hold just trying to make an appointment. For a beauty salon, I don’t think this should be the customer experience.
