The owner is SOOOO pleasant and has the best customer service I have seen in an African braiding shop. My daughter’s 10th birthday was approaching and she matched the hair color perfectly to her skin tone! 10/10 just look at my daughters hair
I went here after my regular braider stopped texting me back the same day as my appointment and I’m glad I did ! The ladies all have so much manners and they did so good on my hair I’m in love with my boho braids ! They did exactly what I wanted medium waist length boho with human hair. The price was good tooo!!!
I’ve going to Dela for almost 2 years consistently for my boho braids. But yesterday was the worst! She tried to charge me $410 for braids I’ve gotten before from her this same year for $290 … I booked for 8 she didn’t get to the shop until 8:45. After prepping the hair she didn’t start until close to 10 & I didn’t leave her shop until 7pm.
