We signed our contract in October 2024. It might have been a mistake. Do not use Pulte Mortgage. Terrible experience. It starts off great, and quickly goes downhill. This is NOT MOVE IN READY. You must spend months of your time getting and staying on the contractors to get anything accomplished. When you sign your contract you make a design appointment to select you finishes for your interior. Not sure if it is an option, but if I was a buyer I would skip this if I could or take the minimum. Only little hitch I had was the backsplash that I had chosen was discontinued. Which was a big disappointment, but other than that, everything went smoothly, in a timely manner. Love my new home.!
I would move here tomorrow if I could! Outstanding job on amenities and quality!
