I live in a community close to Southern Harmony. The blasting they are doing has caused more than $5,000 in damage to my house. It's also damaged other homes in our neighborhood. Their contractor was notified but doesn't care because they 'have the proper permits'. Why don't you just come over with a sledge hammer and pound my house. It's virtually the same thing.

I am a real estate agent, and had a FANTASTIC experience working with Neena. She was able to assist and coordinate multiple special circumstances and needs of the buyer, and this was all accomplished starting on 12/4/2024 and closing is tomorrow 12/19/2024. Looked at the homes. There is a base price, but it seems that is just for walls. You still buy cabinetry, hardware, tile, paint, carpet, light fixtures, wiring, etc plus you still need to buy a lot. My guess, you will add 50% to the base price for what you would like. Contour $508,000 would be $762,000 Mystique $658,000 would be $987,000 The renown is $830,000 would be $1.245,000 That is the numbers i am using when comparing to other locales
