I would move here tomorrow if I could! Outstanding job on amenities and quality!
I would give Del Webb a negative rating if we could. The blasting they’ve been doing for the past 2 years continue to damage surrounding homes. The road they build off of is a 2 lane and the surrounding area doesn’t have the infrastructure to support it. Traffic is a nightmare because there’s no light at the community entrance.The removal of all the trees and leveling/ blasting of the area causes flooding areas around the homes.
Absolutely wonderful people to work with, from start to finish. Neena is such a blessing, kept on track of the process and helped us to stay on track. We highly recommend using Neena at Del Webb!!!!!!!❤️
