I have lived at DelVista Apartments since July 2012. I have no issues with management or service. Like any apartment complex, problems come up, but every time I report something I get results and I’m satisfied. The most important thing is to follow the lease agreement. Josephine
How do I give 0 stars for parking if you get home after 6pm you're not finding parking. I get emails saying there's trash on my balcony and in front of my door when all I have outside is my furniture and there's no trash in front of my door. Ya'll keep harassing me and I'm barely home anyways. It says maintenance has been completed when no one has came to my house to fix anything. All the staff does is write letters and emails complaining about fictional scenarios and situations. No noise complaints and no location complaint... read more
There’s rats, no AC in the summer time, no heat in the winter time, cracks in the wall, and a dangerous Neighbourhood.
