I attended a retreat to check them out and it was just what I needed. I recommend them for anyone who needs to be refreshed.
Gaby is truly an incredible person and facilitator. She led such a beautiful and meaningful retreat. The space itself was welcoming, peaceful, and perfectly designed for healing and open sharing. Every exercise and experience felt intentional and impactful. I’m so grateful for the time spent there and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for connection and growth.
I attended the Self-Love “Love Me First” wellness retreat and had an amazing experience. I went to this workshop solo but felt completely comfortable because Gaby did an excellent job creating a safe and welcoming space. I had seen posts on Facebook for events but was not able to attend until I saw one for a Saturday morning that worked for me. It was amazing to see a retreat geared toward Latina women. I was a bit nervous because I wasn’t sure what to expect. As soon as I walked in, I felt at ease as I was greeted by the other ladies and by Gaby herself.
