This was my first retreat and I did not know what to expect, however, Gaby created such a warm and safe environment in the middle of a park! The retreat provided me with the space to self-reflect and identify how I want to live my life in a way that makes me proud of myself. I would recommend this retreat to everyone!

I had roughly a year of therapy with Gaby. Coming in, I had no idea how this would go or if therapy would even work for me. However, Gaby was so reassuring and comforting that it made me more and more comfortable with sharing my story with her. She helped me find the tools and practices I needed to help solve the major problems in my life causing my depression. Gaby is truly an incredible person and facilitator. She led such a beautiful and meaningful retreat. The space itself was welcoming, peaceful, and perfectly designed for healing and open sharing. Every exercise and experience felt intentional and impactful. I’m so grateful for the time spent there and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for connection and growth.
