Customer Service is lacking...never call back when they say they will and cannot seem to get the person in charge of my account to return a simple phone call. Also, I was quoted $73 per month and was charged $109 per month with NO explanation nor follow up call when I called in to inquire why I was being charged $35 more than promised. Del Toro needs to improve their customer service before I would recommend them to anyone.

representatives were rude and not helpful. worst customer service I've ever received, plus the rates were ridiculously high for no reason. I will never consider this company for anything except for bankruptcy

very bad service, I called for a quote they took all the data and the call was disconnected, then I expected the call to be returned and they never did it, I call again since I was at the dealer waiting to buy and they took care of me the girl sat me That no was nothing registered about my quote and that they were closing that I would call the next day.
