I’ve never understood how you can order customized items and still have key components missing. No knock on the Uber Eats driver—this is clearly a quality control issue with this location. Ordering a meal with signature sauce and receiving none turns it into a bland, wasted experience.
My second time having to come here to leave a note so good review! I don’t know what is going on with the staff here but they are incompetent! I received a coupon from awhile back because my order was messed up. I tried to use the coupon today and the “machine wouldn’t scan it”. They said sorry, nothing we can do. I find that very hard to believe if there is a manager there that knows what they are doing! Again, asked for fries with no salt and they are covered in salt. Taco shells are all broken.
