I’ve never understood how you can order customized items and still have key components missing. No knock on the Uber Eats driver—this is clearly a quality control issue with this location. Ordering a meal with signature sauce and receiving none turns it into a bland, wasted experience.
My second time having to come here to leave a note so good review! I don’t know what is going on with the staff here but they are incompetent! I received a coupon from awhile back because my order was messed up. I tried to use the coupon today and the “machine wouldn’t scan it”. They said sorry, nothing we can do. I really hope management steps in and remove the woman taking orders at the drive through. Last time we received double our order and was billed for it. This time I had a long hair in my food thankfully i saw it before I bit into it. Also there was some really old lettuce I picked out of the tacos like when letteuce has gone bad for a couple of weeks.
