Food was fresh and hot, the staff was were very friendly! The customer in front us was being rude to the young lady at the window he even threw the food at her. PEOPLE be better to our fast food workers. They put up with alot and this guy was being so rude no need to throw the food at her
I stopped by after work for a burrito meal I encountered a very rude man yelling at the lady at the window I seen him throw food at her even after doing so he held up the line for a good 25 minutes this man was driving a black jeep that was so disrespectful not okay at all I felt sorry for the employee the food was great keep up the good work!
The staff is usually nice so I never complain about the wrong order or the long wait times when there is no other cars in line and the dining room is empty. But this last visit…. One of the workers at the drive through window was so so rude. I get it if you’re understaffed it’s probably not fun but it’s not the customers fault. They didn’t say one word other than the total and when I asked them to repeat it I was given a gesture of a finger up to the window to shush me and was never asked after that what I needed.
