I was at the Long Beach Town Center for an afternoon movie to beat the heat. I arrived 30 minutes early, and walked to Del Taco to get a quick meal. The restaurant was dirty. There had sanitizer was empty. There were three people working, and 4 people in the dining space. It wasn't busy. We were ignored for about 5 minutes before someone decided to take our order.
