I got two double del and when I was eating one I left something in my throat and spit it out. It was hair!! I called and all they said “we can make you a new one” I told them I want a refund. They said to bring back the burger and I would get a refund! It was after 8 pm I was sick & having to waste my gas to drive all the way over there?? Over something that wasn’t my fault. Very disappointed how they treated this disgusting situation. I will not be going back there again. I ended up throwing my food way.

Vincent was the best and made my whole day! I saw compassion and the holiday spirit, I was having the worst morning and this guy was able to make it better! Thank you Vincent you helped me more than you will ever know.
