I was about to order, and the lady told me, 'Use the kiosk.' I wanted to order here. 'Use the kiosk'... Never mind then. I will never go back there. No wonder these fast food places are closing. Terrible service.
My food was not even cooked. The fries were stale. Burger ice cold. Never again! Ef del taco.
Every single piece of food out of my order, which was the soft chicken tacos, and the churros tasted old. I’ve never tasted a churro that seemed as if it should’ve been thrown away before it was served to a customer. They also forgot to give me a food item.. It looked as if they were trying to hurry up and get the order out instead of making sure that all the items were there. Whoever the cook was needs to be fired.
