On 9/22/2025 around 12:30 pm, Went to the drive thru for a shake and churros. The worker who was a Hispanic older man took my order. Was very rude. His tone was definitely unwelcoming. He should be working in the back if he’s going to have an attitude. Maybe he needs better training. This location is the closest to me but I would rather drive and extra mile for some better customer service.
Del Taco is generally Del Taco across all locations, but sometimes you find a gem that has a step above good service to great service or the food seems to be a little more generous. This is that location. I have never had a problem with any of the food or the employees here. They're always friendly and helpful. (Don't blame the employees for the touch pad ordering, that's corporate and not the workers. They will gladly help you with that if you have trouble. ). I've enjoyed this location for 30yrs
I initially went through the drive thru and wanted to have 2 separate orders. One for me and one for my wife. We wanted to use the 2 for $6 coupon on the double del cheeseburger. I was greeted by Yesnia at the drive through window. I told her I wanted 2 seperate orders. As soon as I finished the 1st order she asked me if I was going to use a coupon. I told her yes.
