Next time you have a management meeting in the store make sure that all the staff know that they need to check a person's Cup who's getting a refill in my case I someone behind the counter shut off the soda machine so I could not refill my cup I had to show them I had a Del Taco cup don't let that happen again manager if this is something the owner decided I could go to the regional manager and make a bigger deal out of it
I went inside to pick up my order. The food was already sitting on the pickup counter, and since I saw my name on it, I took it. A staff member chased me outside, looking extremely angry, demanding to know my name, and yelling a bunch of things. Even after I showed her my order on my phone, she kept aggressively asking for my name. A very unpleasant experience. Absolutely disgusting customer service.
