Worst customer service ! I went came to Del taco to get something quick for my husband. I received burnt fries 🍟 in my drive thru order, so I went inside to see if I could get fresh fries. They made me a new order and it was burnt and fresh fries. When I complained and showed the manger the complete color difference he just shrugged his shoulders. Worst customer service. I wasn't even mad until after they tried to play the okie doke on me! I wish I could add pictures.

Gross fresh soggy wilted fries. It was late night no one behind me in the drive through. Was hoping like every time , to wait 4 minutes for my burgers and chili fries 6 minutes if they were well
Came to this location, I came to order a burrito. The man working put an extra burrito on my order. When I went to correct the mistake the worker gave me a difficult time. He became rude and disrespectful.
