Really poor service and performance I ask for a 1/2 well done green been and cheese burrito and they still gave me the burrito wrong so I sent it back through the driveway window for it to be well done and now when I got it, they gave me a damn quesadilla and have the beans and cheese were missing compared to the first time they gave it to me.
Was going to purchase ice tea when the man at the counter mentioned charging for lemon. Ridiculous, I go to del taco maybe once a month never been charged for a wedge a lemon . Done with this location.
Tacos and everything used to be good, now There's nothing but batter no fish on the fish tacos. and the beef tacos have got a lot more something in there, but it don't taste like meat, it's all mushy. I guess since Jack in the box took over Del Taco... There goes the quality Down the tubes.
Worst customer service ! I went came to Del taco to get something quick for my husband. I received burnt fries 🍟 in my drive thru order, so I went inside to see if I could get fresh fries. They made me a new order and it was burnt and fresh fries. When I complained and showed the manger the complete color difference he just shrugged his shoulders. Worst customer service. I wasn't even mad until after they tried to play the okie doke on me! I wish I could add pictures.
