They just plain out suck manager and all
Absolutely horrible customer service. The night team forgot to bag items from our order and our dasher kept a drink which is no fault to the workers. The lady taking calls was rude and when I arrived I was still charged for some missing items. The worker stated they put items in the bag but when we recieved the bags items were not in the bag.

They don’t ask for drink size and they gave me a cold burger
